Establishment never contacted me at all…..I was looking to buy a vehicle … but got no call back so unsatisfied

Actually 0 stars. They never contacted me. Bad service in my opinion. Wouldnt purchase from them

Made an appointment to look at a vehicle and drove 2 hours to go and see it and apparently the truck apparently the truck was being serviced and was not available entitled, arrogant manager offered gas for the inconvenience with a take it or leave it attitude. Terrible customer service from all staff starting from sales person to manager. Never apologized for the inconvenience after the gas offer no sales person or manager was to be seen

Nice vehicles on their lot, however they would not purchase our vehicle for the bluebook price instead wanted to low-ball it, very disappointed. Not saying this because of a lack of sale saying this because it was factual.

I was told that the vehicle was mine, then told I couldn’t afford it.. I know what I can and can’t afford. Car was way overpriced in the first place.. They obviously don’t negotiate AT ALL!

Worst place ever to buy a used vehicle, one of the cars salesman admitted that they just focused on servicing (oil change) the vehicle and not inspecting the whole vehicle but claimed they detailed it but didn’t notice all the stuff wrong with the vehicle. If you decide to buy a vehicle from here please take a close look at everything and make sure nothing is wrong. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone, and I sure won’t be a returning customer.

I was looking for a nice truck for my birthday gift, and they have several lifted trucks for decent prices. They helped me out and I am happy with my Silverado.

I was online shopping for a vehicle. I came across this dealer. I saw a truck that caught my eye. Submitted an inquiry. About 10 minutes later I get a phone call. I spoke with Vianey. Great customer service. Went in that day and drove out with said vehicle that same day! Excellent service. Quick approval and very friendly. Thank you Vianey and Enrique for your help!

Very disapponted.the manager and the sales man knew of existing dent on the rear bumper. Eduardo Dominguez (sales man) is arguing that i have to replace it on my own. I'm not satisfied.
