Great customer service

Sales team is quick. I like that they don't leave you wandering around the sales lot forever, they approach you VERY quickly and help you with your questions. I felt as though sales rep was trying to help me make the most informed decision as possible.

Sale one car and delivery differnt

I drive and test a HRV AWD, after whole evening agree on price finish all finance paper worh cost us about 4 hours. ready to drive car home . They give me different car not AWD, but FWD ( i did not test drive this car). Tell them that this is the wrong car also when i do paper work they ask me to sign that i did test drive the car. he try to return my deposit but machine does not work , will have to wait until tomorrow afternoon if i can get my downpayment back.

Excellent sales guy

Ronnie showed us all the features and benefits on our civic. Most sales guys skip this. He had us sold on the test drive. Thank you so much.

great place and friendly environment

it was a very great experience , fast and smooth , tammy is friendly and great to deal with she took care of me , very well and professional and made it all the transactions easy and clearly .i would highly recommend anyone to buy from Hardin honda .

Excellent customer service

Rani found us the car we liked and was very knowledgeable about the extra warranty and alarm. He made our sales go very easy and we where very happy with our purchase. We had originally purchased our previous car at Norm Reeves and not only did they take advantage of us on price but had screwed us on the interest. We will defiantly be coming back to Hardin Honda.
