Good Service

The sales representative was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. The overall experience was a bit long, but pleasant. They could use some new chairs and some blinds to block out the sun. Also, the financial specialist was friendly, but a bit misleading and pushy with the extra coverage packages information in her attempt to sell them to me.

Great salesman!

I found the salesman very helpful. He kept his promise and gave me the deal I was looking for. He also explained thing in great detail

Got a new car and satisfied with sincerely sales person

I requested the information about the car I want and the price I can work with in the morning. George Lin get back to me with straightforward options, no game! I drove home the car I want that evening ;)

A great experience

After twenty years of luxury German cars I purchased my first Japanese car. I highly recommend Honda of Pasadena. The staff Clark, George, Diego and Simone are incredibly professional, friendly making the car buying experience easy. They have diffenitly earned my future businesses.

Outstanding service

Treated like a valued neighborhood customer

George Lin was great to work with: he understood what I needed and what I wanted. Once I signed the paperwork to purchase a new vehicle, the customer service improved and was really helpful and fast and kept me informed.

Professional salesman Johnny La

I bought a Clarity and very happy with the overall experience. Their price is competitive. I first contacted Kenny La, the internet sales manager online and was helped by his brother Johnny La at the store. They are both sincere, professional, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I’ve been to other dealerships but the salespeople there were not as professional and knowledgeable as Kenny and Johnny.

Just bought new CRV from Tyke at Pasadena Honda

My husband and I are return customers at Honda of Pasadena. Last year we bought a Civic for our daughter and this year we returned to check out the CRV. We were helped by Tyke who was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the CRV features. We weren’t sure if we were going to get the CRV or a RAV4 but after our test drive and learning about the CRV from Tyke we bought the CRV then and there.

Exceptional Customer Service

George Lin is exceptional in our dealing w the dealer. He provided us all the necessary information through our email make our appointment, that’s it! within 2 hours we were done in & out of their dealership with our new car in 2 hours. Amazing people, from Sales to Finance. Highly recommend it to others car buyers.
