Amazing Car Experience!

One of the best car dealership around! My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Brandon and Clark on buying my new 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback! They were both so very helpful and worked with my budget to get me a payment I was comfortable with. There was no hassle...they made the dreadful car buying experience so painless and easy. I am truly grateful to have been referred to this dealership and will be definitely referring all my friends and family here. Hands down one of the best experiences ever! Bought a Certified used vehicle

Good experience. Felix was very helpful good cars. Felix was able to negotiate a price for us. Not what I wanted to pay but he helped us out. Wife very happy with her car. Thank you.

The customer service was execellent. It was a very great experience! Kenny La was friendly, polite and very resourceful regarding the new technology that Honda added! He went over everything that needed to be known!

A great car-buying experience!

Kenny was wonderful! I submitted an email price request, and he responded right away. He was very helpful and knowledgeable but was not pushy. He gave me time to make up my mind and answered all my questions. He went over all the features of the car before I drove it away. It's been a long time since I bought a new car and he put me at ease immediately. Johnny took me out for a test drive and went over the features of the car... he was also extremely helpful and patient with my questions. Pasadena Honda gave me the exact car I wanted at a fair price, with pleasant and helpful sales staff.

Honda Pasadena is fantastic!

Insufficient knowledge

I shopped for new car, completed test drive with family and price is fixed, I was moving to other state these guys don’t know how to process other state registration and will come up with rules, in Carmax website they clearly explain other state purchases. BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR HARD EARNINGS DONT WASTE ON THEM. It’s been more than a month now and my title and registration are not in my current address or old address.

Made Buying a Car a Pleasant Experience

General courtesy and efficiency. We had a somewhat unusual situation in that we wanted to delay picking up the car so that my wife could have a weekend to drive it and get used to it before she started using it for commuting. Lawrence Feng was wonderful about making that happen.
