Needed a reliable, hybrid car asap. Fred Kabrite sold me the Honda Insight and I love it. He was thorough, knew his stuff, directed me to exactly what I wanted. Thank you Fred and Hinda of Pasadena!

Your outta luck

In the past this place has been fine, but I'm extremely disappointed. After many years of having my CRV serviced by Foothill, the most recent yearly service included a thorough check of the air conditioning that totaled over $200. When the air conditioning stopped working shortly after in late July during a heat wave, I was told that the next appointment would be in more than a week. There was no option for me to bring it in earlier. Having been a customer for so many years and because they had just serviced the air, this strikes me as very poor customer relations. I'll be saying goodbye to Honda of Pasadena.

My car buying experience

I was ready to go back to the Honda family. I have owned Toyotas, Hondas, a Mercedes and a Hyundai. Tyke Zorbas was easy to work and it was the most positive car buying experience in my life. I would absolutely recommend him to whomever is ready to purchase a Honda. Tyke Zorbas was knowledgeable, friendly and a true professional.

NO OTHER PLACE TO SHOP- HONDA OF PASADENA

Moe Halawa is the man to see. The customer service experience he provided was so amazing. He had work with us to ensure we got we came for and not to leave the dealership empty handed. I would definitely recommend him and Honda of Pasadena to friends and family. Go Moe!

One of a Kind Experience

The amazing service I received while buying my car was unlike no other. Everyone was extremely attentive and thorough, acknowledging my wishes and being completely transparent in offers available. I didn’t feel pressured to do anything I wasn’t comfortable wish.

Great Customer service!

Johnny La and Honda of Pasadena (Finance and Sales Manager) all met expectations! There service and knowledge of the vehicle I purchased was phenomenal. There customer service was excellent. Second car that I purchased from Pasadena Honda and will continue to go to them. Definitely would recommend them to family and friends!! Extremely happy with my new Honda CR-V.
