Sometimes buying a car can be a negotiating nightmare but our experience at Barkau dealing with Nils (a very responsive, friendly salesman) was not that case. We did our research and Barkau (Nils) was right on the money with trade-in offer. Financing (Matt in finance was exceptional explaining everything at close) was what was expected. There was no pressure to buy. Overall a very pleasant experience!

We were looking for a a slightly older model. Nils stated that they always seek to provide their customers with cars that will meet/exceed their needs. In our case, a good amount of work was needed on the car after they received it before it was even placed on their lot. This investment in the vehicles is something that other car lots would leave the customers "holding the bag" on...but not here. Price was fair for the car and condition.

I was dreading buying another car after one of ours took a turn for the worse. We met Tim and he really helped us out and went above and beyond when a few days later the battery of the new car died. He told us to take it to their shop and they would take care of it and they really did! It was such a relief to know that they have your back after we’ve been burned in the past by dealerships. What a great experience!

Gave us a heads up on a specific model they got in that we were looking for. Very easy process, no pressure. Always stood behind their cars in the past, made things right.
