What a terrible experience.

What a terrible experience... After days of communication on a specific vehicle, and making an appointment to see the vehicle at a specific time, with the manager of the lot fully aware I was coming from another state two and a half hours drive away, they sold the vehicle with no call, no message, no apology. They can't be trusted to do good business. As soon as I got out of my trade in, they told me they just sold the car I had an appointment to see. You know... I get that there are no guarantees for either party, but when they know you are traveling a significant distance, a little courtesy can go a long way . It cost a significant amount of time, a full tank of fuel plus some more to basically see the freeway for 6 hours. They could have pulled the keys until our appointment. I was right on time. I would encourage everyone to spend their car dollars elsewhere.

I logged on to their website and found a car I liked.

I logged on to their website and found a car I liked. I called the dealership and set up an appointment for the next day. I couldn't have had a better experience dealing with a used car salesman. Thank you Sage for a fantastic buying experience. No pressure, no fast talk. We discussed and negotiated the price with no ill-will on either side and came to an amiable agreement. We were shown the CARFAX and there was no major issues with the car. Overall, I'd buy another car from this dealership. BTW...we drove 75 miles to this dealership and it was worth it. If I had to find fault, it was that the gas tank wasn't filled upon delivery.

After having been in a hit and run accident that totaled

After having been in a hit and run accident that totaled my car and fractured my back, I went to Just better Cars and purchased a 2011 Mazda 3. No bells or whistles. Standard stereo ETC. Blue book value of 4000.00$. ( Unbeknownst to Me at the time) After 14 Months of owning this car, and more than 1400.00$ of constant repairs, I’m now faced with a constant electrical and front axel problems. Just Better Cars absolutely knew this car has these serious issues. Including dangerous Front Wheel Axel problems. This would have been repaired BEFORE you sold this car. Yet they sold me this car. Shame on You. Walking into your establishment on a Walker, Alone, 70 year old disabled Woman with a fractured back. Word of Warning!

They don't stick by there policy

I purchased a car three months ago from a young man named Justin later on I start having problems with my car they fix a problem twice now my car is having problems again it's raining in my car under my dashboard I have a 2009 Honda it should not be having that much problems within 2 months they refuse to fix anything on my car even though I have extended warranty. The owner called me and said don't bring my car to the shop he is refusing to have my car service there.

BUYER BEWARE

Buying the car was a good experience. The issues happened when I tried to cancel the warranty I purchased...One BS excuse after another why it wasn't getting done. Do not deal with Brandon...most incompentent manager on the planet! Brandon lacks management/coping skills required for the job so can't handle dealing with frustrated customers & won't work with them...No yelling, cussing, berating just a frustrated customer. 3 calls and 2 trips to resolve 1 issue and I'm still in square 1. Great customer service guys!

5 star experience all the way through definitely b

The staff and vehicle were all top notch. They made me feel like family and walked me through the entire process with speed and precision. If I didn't know any better I would have thought I was at a Mercedes dealership or other highline car dealership. Will be back for sure!

Great Customer Service

I was looking for a used car and my mom recommended Just Better Cars. I went online to see if they had what I was looking for. The website so easy to navigate. I found a vehicle I was looking for at a price that was to good to pass up. I messaged them, less then 5 minutes later I received a messaged back. I told them I didn't have a whole lot of time but would come down a test drive the vehicle. When I showed up the staff was so welcoming. They had the car already pulled up ready for me test drive!! They really did listen to me and took in consideration of how much time I had. I decided to purchase it and paperwork was fast that I was in and out less then a hour. I will definitely being coming back!!!

2 time buying from Just Better Cars

We just bought our 2nd vehicle from Just Better Cars. I will not go anywhere else to buy and I told all my friends to come here also. The process is smooth and the cars great.

Fast, friendly & easy

Friendly & knowledgeable staff is what made this a great experience. Plus the large inventory to choose from was impressive. Small town feel in a family friendly environment. Nice to know they service vehicles on sight.
