Service Manager was very condescending and rude.

Service Manager was very condescending and rude. I was not informed that there would be a significant charge for a replacement that was originally offered at no cost. When I questioned the charge Claudia spoke to me like I was old and senile and even said I should be grateful that she gave me a small discount. She made me feel like I was taken advantage of and then chasdised me for feeling that way.

Hi Mrs. Carter, I’m sorry you felt that way. As per our conversation 7 months ago when we first agreed to help you we told you we would help by installing your part free of charge due to your very compelling situation you had going at the time. This meeting took place not only with me and you but the Shop Forman and the Service Advisor. Because of the length of time you took to come back to redeem this offer and after several attempts of the Advisor’s trying to reach you (to see when you were making it in), we had put everything in your client file notes so that the arrangement would not be forgotten. At no point did I call you any names as I was simply explaining the original agreement with you. I offered you a 20% discount after the fact because I understood. At the end of the day we honored an agreement 7 months later that didn’t have to go past 30 days once your parts arrived. Especially when we gave you several notices in between those 7 months. I do not want to get into an email conflict with you, but want to be clear that when you said you would replace the camera at no cost, at no time did anyone state that it was labor only. I would not have agreed if I had been advised of the cost to me. Especially since it was such an expensive part that I have no idea what it is for. When I was notified that the part was available, I was traveling and was told it had been on backorder for several months. I was told to call Bianca to schedule and tried 3 times, but only got voice mail which hung up after a few seconds, so I did not try again. When I came in for the recall, I was told the camera was there & could be installed as well if I could come back on Monday. Again, I was not informed there would be a cost for it, even after I mentioned that it was my understanding that it would be free to me. I understand that it is installed and I must pay for it, but you should treat your customers with some respect. Rest assured that although you have plenty of customers and I am as insignificant as you have treated me, I will not be returning to Rudolph Honda for any reason, so our relationship is completed.

Dropping off my car was a breeze! I was worried that it would take a long time, but Natali kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. And I was texted and called as soon as my vehicle was ready! Fast and friendly service!

I like to use Rudolph service centers because usually

I like to use Rudolph service centers because usually they are faster than the other dealerships in town, however I recently needed a diagnosis and an oil, and differential change on my CRV. I was told that the oil and diff. change could be done in one day but the diagnosis would take at least 6, or 7 days. To me that's too long to wait especially if you only have one car. But other than that this Rudolph service center always does a good job!

I completely understand. The wait times vary depending on the influx of customers and their vehicle needs. The summer months are known not just locally but nationally as the busiest time of the year for vehicle repairs. The benefit of Rudolph’s Service Department is that we are a non-appointment facility and take in walk-ins which create a lesser wait time for our customers. Other dealerships with Appointment Only departments will have an average wait time of 2-3 weeks before your vehicle can be seen. Like I mentioned before, the 6-7 days is not always the case just in peak season. Normally thanks to our walk-in process we can get a vehicle looked at in 1-2 days. The part of my visit that didn't go as planned was the diagnosis that I initially needed, the oil changes were just additional services. I couldn't leave my car for an "at least 6 or 7 days " quoted time frame just to get a diagnosis. My email is homers948@att.net and phone is (915)240-0819
