Got in and out quickly.

Got in and out quickly. Recommended service items after inspection and still got my car back before closing on a Saturday. Awesome.

Waited 4 days before they could even get to start work on

Waited 4 days before they could even get to start work on my car, and then charged $1,600 to have A/C replaced at $169.95/hour. Makes you wonder how much the tech actually makes... Far too expensive for service work. And at that cost, they couldn't even bother to wash the car.

We strive to be better every day and without our customer feedback that wouldn't be possible. I can understand your frustration about the pricing of the dealership and the services we offer. Our Technicians are not paid $169.95 an hour, that would be awesome if they did! The door rate not only helps our business pay the entire Service Staff but also shop expenses and utilities. In return, dealerships are held at a higher standard when it comes to the experience and technology we can provide for our customers as opposed to a Mom and Pop shop. This reflects our wait times like in your case 4 days. We have a large loyal client base that trust us with their vehicles and in order to accommodate everyone sometimes wait times can be long. However, thanks to our walk-in process we are one of the only dealerships that don't have a 2-3 week wait times and can service vehicles faster. My granddaughter and I had a lovely experience recently. While we were waiting for my oil to get changed, she got to play in the kids area and we received some delicious popcorn and soda.

Took care of the work I needed done as specified.

Took care of the work I needed done as specified. Did not have to wait longer than the time quoted. My rear brakes aren’t squealing any more.

Dealing with Rudolph was a pleasant experience all

Dealing with Rudolph was a pleasant experience all around. The only drawback was that the selection of Honda Ridgelines was limited but overall I’m very pleased with my truck .
