Unreliable service
I used to cheer and recommend Rudolph Honda El Paso but after this experience it kind of make me loose faith in them. I have taken my car to this dealership for service since I bought my car (2019Civic). I got an oil change at Rudolph Honda El Paso and they forgot the two front screws on the cover or they didn?t tighten them. The cover came loose while I was on the highway ( in a city 5 hrs away from El Paso). I contacted the service manager but the only thing she said it was that she needed photos and didn?t offered a fast repair respond. I missed work just because this job was not done properly (screws not installed or not torque to the manufacturer?s specs). I sent the photos to the manager. After 4days, I still haven?t gotten a respond.

They did not check fluids which they said they would.

Service department is the best I’ve ever dealt with. Liz Hinojosa, my service advisor takes time to explain in detail issues that arise and importance of getting them taken care of for maximum performance of my car. All staff is very professional and courteous. Rudolph Honda is a five star business. Highly recommend! Service after the sale is their priority!
