I have been shopping since April 2018, for a new SUV to use for travel only. During the process, I covered Ford, Chevrolet, Acura, Lincoln, Buick, and Honda, visiting multiple dealers for each brand. I bought a new Honda Pilot from Flow Honda in Winston Salem NC, on August 17, 2018. My experience with Flow Honda was exceptional from a buying process standpoint, they are head and shoulders above the other 8 dealers, I had to deal with from a welcoming continuity and attention to detail through the buying process. If you want a Honda, I would highly recommend them, especially Brenden Wygant, my Sales Consultant. This is not to take away from the other staff members who were outstanding.

Terrence who is my sales person was very good and very friendly. Blaine was very good and very helpful also. Ryan was also good and helpful. Mr. Grossman in finance was probably the best overall experience anyone could have with the finance department. Slow earn our repeat business for next time also! I will give everyone that I worked with a 10!
