I had a headlight lamp go out on a Jeep Patriot. When I took it into the Doug Smith service department, I was told the bulb was $25 but after the alignment and some other nebulous charges, I was told it was going to be over $200. I drove away and took it to LHM. The service guy told me he could replace the bulb for $23.99 plus tax and no labor charge. What a refreshing visit. Doug Smith takes advantage of female drivers.

I found the 2009 Yukon Denali I was looking for on CARS.COM and contacted Doug Smith Autoplex to investigate buying it. Chris Smith got right back to me, described the vehicle perfectly and answered my detailed questions. We agreed on price and I flew 500 miles from Denver to do the deal. Chris had someone pick me up in Salt Lake and drive me to the dealership. The Denali was better than described and it only took a few minutes to do the cash deal and I was on my way back to Denver. The truck was ready to test drive. The whole process was relatively fast and painelss without added sales pitches! We didn't want some things and they didn't push. Transaction was actually pleasant and the salesman was friendly, kind and curteous. The girl who helped with the paperwork was especially helpful and friendly.
