I stopped in at Doug Smith American Fork looking to replace our 10 year old car. Greg Miller was our salesman, he was great. He answered our questions and showed us some cars that met our needs. He then made us a fair offer for our trade-in. He gave us cold bottled water and cookies while we thought about the deal. At no time did I feal any pressure or pushiness. I accepted the deal and Greg made sure that the new car was detailed and full of gas. He then spent time with us to make sure we knew everything about the new car. I was looking for a used car to replace my old car. I had a great experience working with Andy Dobman. He didn't pressure me and treated me great. I went to 3 dealerships looking for cars. I wasn't treated as great at the other places. Doug Smith was the only dealership I went back to after my initial search. Andy assisted me in my search and let me drive several cars and let me take my time to decide which car was right for me, not which car would make him the most money.
