My wife and I worked with sales representative Garrett Sheffield to buy our new Niro. We did our research on the internet and decided to deal with Ken Smith Kia. We traveled four hours to make our purchase. We wrapped up everything in a couple of hours. Garret was friendly, professional and beyond helpful. So was the rest of the staff.

Great Vehicle, Great Service
I had been looking for a specific used Volvo, and Doug Smith happened to have the car I was looking for on their lot. I lived 5.5 hours away so I couldn't just pop over and look at the car, but Tyson was kind enough to be my "eyes" and sent me a couple of videos of the vehicle condition and pointed out any blemishes. He was able to give me a top dollar trade-in quote for my Subaru without seeing the car in person, which was awesome. In the end, I ended up making the journey to trade in my car with them and I am glad I did. There were no surprises when I saw the car in person, and I was in and out with my new (to me) car rather quickly. Smiles all the way home, couldn't be happier.

Brian Lowder & Service Department Are Amazing
Brian and the service team at Doug Smith went way out of their way to help me. Somehow I had a voice recognition problem with my car and they checked it out and rebooted it and decided I needed a new radio to fix the problem. They were terrific and were very concerned about making sure my new car was all I dreamed it would be. They are the best service team I've ever met.

Amazing experience
My husband & I were in the market for a new car after an accident. Gavin Denny contacted us and we went in to talk to him and we bought a kia soul from him. He was so pleasant to deal with and worked with out schedule and kept in touch with his. First time customer at Doug Smith and first time truck buyer. I have always owned SUV's and sedans. The salesman Mr. Brent "Shrek" Nelson had truck ready for test drive and answered all questions. The buying process was the easiest I have ever experienced and no games. Process was quick and easy and also got a great deal! I will defenitly recommend Doug Smith and Mr. Nelson aka "Shrek" in the future.

Excellent Express Lane Repair
Aug. 2 we arrived a little grumpy at 7 a.m. with our Subaru Forester hood secured with a bungee strap. We were first in line. Your intake technician was cordial and efficient. Repairman Steven Robertshaw found our hood latch was bent and the hook on the underside of the hood wouldn't engage. He bent it back in shape, realigned and lubed it and we were quickly back on the road with peace of mind. Your Express Lane service is outstanding. I've never heard of that service anywhere. Great boon to travelers! I am imprsessed!

Great Service
Doug Smith's service department took great care of me and my vehicle when my check engine light came on right before a family road trip. They told me what was wrong and were able to get it fixed quickly so we could hit the road.

Would recommend Doug Smith Kia to friends and family. Was reluctant to go through a dealership, but did not feel pressure to buy & was very comfortable with our salesman and finance person. We were provided a range of options & all of our questions and concerns were addressed. Only complaint is that the salesman did not point out that the car did not have cruise control & this was something we did not notice (the automatic model had cruise control so we assumed the manual we purchased would also have it). I definitely did not feel taken advantage of & I would go through this dealership again.
