Express Service
I have dealt with Mistlin Honda since 2003. Our second Accord purchased from Mistlin is a 2016. I know that in the last one or two years Mistlin doubled the size of their Express Service bays. I had service the other day and Jason and his crew were quite courteous and informative, and I have always been treated that way by everyone in the service department. I always go prepared to stay and wait for my vehicle. However, through no fault of anyone working in the Express Service area, I thought an hour and forty five minutes was an excessive time to wait for an express service. Again, Randy and his crew in the full service area and Jason and his crew in the Express Service area have in every case treated me very well. Over the years that I have delt with Mistlin Honda I have always wanted them to be successful. I am glad for their success, but I encourage them to consider another Express Service expansion. I value Honda service for my vehicle.

I just buy a 2018 accord 2.0t
I’m happy to buy a new 2018 accord 2.0t is my first Honda i been a Chevrolet for so many years and have nothing but problems with Chevy now is time to get into imports and so far I love it thanks to the salesman Norberto is a excellent man that helped me with everything thanks again

Very solid dealer.
First fellow is nice once you get him talking. Name is Jose he helped start the buying process smoothly. Second guy will be the one you negotiate with (demand what you want). Third guy is who will be actually making deals and giving you paperwork to sign. This is the most important part restate what you can do and stay firm but relaxed. No matter what they can give better deals than what's eventually given. All you can do is get the best you can get out of them while they try the same with you. Walking out sucks on both ends but if they are not budging at all get out. Third fellow for me was Nick cool and nice. Remember always to also handle yourself in professional manner questions are a must and no fear to ask them. Listen carefully as you need to have your own back.
