We worked with Richard A., Taye and Brian in choosing a new car. They were a knowledgeable and helpful team, showing us RAV4 options and calling us immediately when a model we were interested in arrived —even though it was evening. We were able to meet with Richard the next morning to review the car, work through a trade-in and complete the purchase at a fair price. There was no pressure or waiting long periods going back and forth on figures. They have also followed up by phone to see if we have questions after driving the car for a few days.
