Excellent Purchase Experience

Had a great experience buying a new Jeep Wrangler. Gus was excellent to work with. He was friendly but professional. The whole process was very efficient with no-pressure and no surprises.

Rochester Chrysler Dealer Review

We were pleased with the sales staff, and the buying process. The service department though is just average. We had an issue with our previous vehicle (under warrenty) that they did not fix, and in fact rather ignored. Once we were out of warrenty, the service manager then said...well it's not really something to worry about.

Best car buying experience

I walked in to the dealership and met a sales person, Steve Muir. He was so much more than a salesman. Steve was a true consultant. He helped me every step of the way to make a good decisions that suited me. I never felt pressured at all. Steve made the process of buying a car fun and easy as it should be. Everyone in the showroom was friendly which to me speaks to the attitude at "the top" flows through to all who work there.

Lying to customers

Took my car in for minor warranty work. Was advised brakes were 100% gone. Took to another mechanic and told 50% life remaining. Returned to dealership and 40-50% life was affirmed by service manager. Promised a reprimand for the mechanic and service tech and offered a "free oil change". I hardly think that is adequate compensation for lying to customers and the possibility that I would have paid $550 for an unnecessary repair. DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CARE HERE.

We at Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep have been in business for 39 years and in no way tolerate what happened here. It's unfortunate you feel this way. But we have investigated this matter and have terminated the mechanic in question since then because in no way do we tolerate this type of service. We did verify that there was 40-50% life remaining, and we offered to replace the pads at no cost other than the labor charges and also gave you one oil change at no cost as well. We are here to please our customers the best way we can, and we feel we did that in this case. We believe we did offer a fair compromise to the situation, and our main focus is great customer service.

Excellent and Friendly
