Austin Fort went over and above in every aspect of my car search. He took video both inside and out, in different lighting many times for me. I am from out of state and he was such a help!

I recently purchased a Cadillac Optiq from Classic Cadillac and had an exceptional experience from beginning to end. I had the pleasure of working with my sales professional, Austin, his manager, Garth, and the Finance Director, Sean. Each one of them went above and beyond to make sure the process was seamless, transparent, and enjoyable. What impressed me most was that I didn’t even have to step foot in the dealership—the entire process was handled with ease and efficiency remotely. Austin was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what I was looking for, making sure I drove away in the perfect vehicle for me. Garth added another layer of support and professionalism, ensuring I felt comfortable and confident in every decision. Sean made the finance process straightforward and stress-free, with clear communication and no surprises. Also, did I mention how amazing this vehicle is? It’s absolutely beautiful, the safety features are incredible, and it delivers complete luxury while also saving me a ton of money on gas! The entire experience was personal, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I’m thrilled with my new Cadillac Optiq and grateful for the outstanding team at Classic Cadillac. Purchased a certified pre owned 2023 Escalade V recently and I’ve had nothing but issues. The vehicles check engine lights has come on multiple times as well as the service 4 wheel drive light. Each time I’ve taken it to this dealership they tell me that they can’t replicate the issue and refuse to fix it. The last time I left it at the dealership one of the employees drove it over 50 miles one way to his house for the night without my permission nor was I ever notified. When I put the car in drive it often shakes violently and it’s not drivable. I’ve notified the service managers, the used car sales manager, the new car sales manager and the owner Mike. Today I’m just leaving after being there for almost 4 hours and they replaced the battery. On the wall of the dealership they have core values for the business which is astonishing since they allow a customer that paid $140k for a vehicle to have to deal with this nonsense while they refuse to make it right. As a Combat disabled Army Veteran values actually mean something to me. I’ll never buy a vehicle from this dealership and I’d recommend you staying away unless you want a huge money pit and constant headache with your time being wasted. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. The used car manager Ted and the owner Mike are absolute dirtbags.
