Nothing but liars!!!!
Worst experience ever!!! Sent them all of the info on my truck and they gave me a so-called guaranteed price they would pay for it so I call them and ask them if that was really what they would give or was they going to say something completely different once I got there and the woman assured me as long as I didn't lie about anything that was a guaranteed price. I didn't lie about anything so I drove 3 hours to get there and they said they could only give me me $20,000 less than what they had originally told me so I wasted a whole day to go down there and listen to their lies....However Omar helped us with looking at a new truck while they were looking at mine he was a great guy to deal with just wished he worked for a dealership that was worth anything! NEVER DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!

Great experience
I had the best experience,I've ever had buying a new truck. I bought the new truck from out of state via internet. Kernersville Dodge made it so easy, they responded very quickly, I still can't believe how easy it was. Excellent excellent excellent

huge miscommunication
Went to trade in my old Impala that i still owed money on. I found a 2014 Ford Escape that i loved. I had the car less then a week when the dealership called saying that i owed them money. Because of the miscommunication between them and my old finance company they cost me 321 dollars plus gas from Climax to Kernersville. Very disappointed.

Frankie was our sells person he was awesome. He helped us find what we needed. We love our new truck. Greenville SC is a big town be we could not find the truck we needed or the price we could afford. I would come back here again for our next purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They could care less after the sale!
I purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee limited from this dealer with a nick in the window. When it snowed the nick turned into a full blown crack. They agreed to repair the window at signing but I had to bring the jeep in for repairs. I work 3rd shift and brought the vehicle in at 9am. At 11am I was told the wrong windshield was ordered and I had to come back and there was nothing they could do. No loaner or have windshield replaced at my home for the inconvenience. The manager insulted my intelligence by saying sometimes they don't know what window goes to a vehicle.... isn't that what the vin is for? They could care lass about my time.

Sucks
The salesman was very rude we looked at trucks was going to buy but would not meet me for 2000 then they put on face book for 3000. Cheaper. Thanks i did purchase a new dodge not from u all

1200 Miles of Disappointment
I drove all the way from New York to find out that the used 2013 ram 3500 laramie longhorn, with 77,000 miles, was a complete waste of my time and travel expenses. This truck looks like it was hauled out of an auction from Texas as it was all dummied up. The body was full of scratches, the interior was worn out from being a contractor's truck, there were finish nails in the door panel, and no carpets because i can only imagine what they looked like. In addition, the two rear quarter panels were full of body filler and painted. What a horrible repair and out of the six tires ONLY two were decent. I asked the salesman about the bald tires to which he responded, "It passed our service department's inspection", however being a NYS inspector, this truck would have failed all inspections. They had some nerve trying to send me back to NY with a piece of garbage such as this. Thank God I am an auto mechanic by trade because an individual who does not know any better would be totally disappointed finding out dangerous this vehicle would have been to drive home, and how much money they would have wasted. I met two gentlemen that traveled over 3 hours from South Carolina that were also disappointed by the quality of the vehicles presented to them at Kernersville CDJ. Most or all of Kernersville CDJ's used vehicles had bald tires and rusted frames.

When a customer is interested in a vehicle they have the option to have one of our designated employees verbally communicate the current condition and any damages to a vehicle over the phone. Excellent serview
Yesterday was my first experience with the service department at Kernersville CDJ. I took my 2015 Rubicon in for a service before my warranty ran out. I was greeted by Loriann and she helped me get my vehicle taken care of. However, some of the items were not fixed and when I contacted her, she referred me to Jennifer and she immediately made an appointment for today to have them corrected. They were still having some problems identifying them and they had the Manager sit with me and review each problem until we identified what the issue was and he fixed them. I was very impressed with the prompt service and sense of urgency to get it fixed. I would definitely recommend Loriann to anyone that wants get service and professional attitudes.

I had purchased a new 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT in the past and was looking for a 2016 Ram 1500 ecoDiesel Outdoorsman. (2) were available at a great price on cars.com, but I had to be out of town for a week and waited until I returned to take action,unfortunately both were sold, while I was gone. The staff was very helpful and I was looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from the dealership.

Great experience in small town.
We live just a few miles outside of Charlotte, so we have a lot of Chrysler, Dodge & Jeep dealers to choose from. But we found Kernersville CDJ on the internet and since we were heading home from Christmas in Wake Forest, decided to take a short detour and check it out. My wife wanted a Jeep Renegade and we found a 2016 close-out with a major discount that she liked. David Maxson worked with us from the moment we stepped out of our car and after a little haggling over our trade in, he made the deal happen. David is easy going, soft spoken and pretty much the opposite of what you fear in a car salesman. He was thoroughly professional and honest about all the details. Really impressed with our experience at Kernersville CDJ and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great deal - especially on ram trucks. Ask for David Maxson to receive a great eperience.
