Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I just tried to purchase my first Dodge truck, knew exactly what I wanted. Tried a Dodge dealer in Columbia TN. What I nightmare, rude, would not honor the quoted price, then wished me luck finding another one. Turned me off so bad , I went and looked at a Ford. I realized I would be settling for something I really didn't want. I went to the internet and found the same Dodge truck I looked at, and Kernersville Dodge. I requested a quote and got a fantastic price. Then they told me they would reimburse my air fare if I came out. What's to loose. After getting pre-approved on the phone , I flew out.. When I got to the airport , they had a car waiting for me. When I got to the dealership Mary was waiting at the door, she asked if she could get anything , coffee , cold drink, etc. She thought after the flight and ride from the airport that I might like some refreshments first. After I told her no thanks, she said let's go see your truck. The truck was very well detailed, she made sure to show me the features and how they worked, there was a lot of joking around between us. I happened to like that and it made me feel very comfortable with Mary.when it came to the paperwork it was all prepared and she informed me that there were a few more discounts I was not aware of, and the interest rate on my loan was lower than originally quoted. This turned out to be the easiest auto purchase I have ever made, and slot of fun as well. Who knew you could have fun buying a new car. This dealership does everything against the norm and should be commended for it. I highly recommend Kernersville Dodge for a new car purchase, and ask for Mary. You will have a great time, and be glad you did.

After looking for months for a truck that could do all I needed and more and with with help of Angela Adcock she helped my find brand new Ram! Everything is all peaceful and great until you sign for your purchase!! I recently purchased a used vehicle at this dealership and they are something else. I was treated great until I sign for the vehicle, you don't exist once you are in the finance office. All that the salesman cares about is the sell, You are just a number on a piece of paper. I asked for the vehicle to be detailed and they vacuumed only what I could see and wiped down the dash. They told me that they would fill it with gas, they put about 8 dollars of gas in it. Beware of their promises. SORRY SALESMEN. Also they stand outside like bunch of HAWKS looking for pray. Ill never buy from them again.

I first visited Kernersville Chrysler Dodge on 2/11/17. Sales Representative Luis Peralta greeted us outside before we got to the door of the dealership. My wife and I found him to be very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He showed us the vehicles we were interested in among the massive inventory they have on hand. We didn't purchase on that day but we returned on 2/18/17 and were once again greeted by Luis before we reached the door. We purchased a new 2017 Ram and could not be happier with the truck and the buying experience. If you visit this very busy dealership and ask for Luis you won't be disappointed!

I came to the service department to find out what was wrong with my 2011 Jeep Patriot I was given a laundry list of things that was going on with my car things that could be eventually repaired I told the service advisor I would think about it after I spoke to my wife I couldn't pick my car back up to take it home cause the paperwork couldn't be found I was waiting to get a ride back to the dealership by the lot shuttle I had to wait an extremely long time to get picked up from my home and I'm still waiting as I'm typing this review I had a very bad experience with this dealership and will not recommend it to anyone who wants to purchase a car very bad customer service it's the worst I have ever experienced.

My daughter and I recently purchased a 2017 Renegade and a 2014 Wrangler respectively. The courtesy and service we received from Dave Maxson was nothing less than outstanding. Dave was tireless in pursuing the best vehicle for our budget as well as making sure we had all the whistles and bells.
