Failed to disclose damage - no call back from sales manager
Purchased a used 2014 suv 5 days ago. I failed to get a third party to inspect the car prior to purchasing (my fault), but the dealer assured me there were no issue with the car, I test drove it. . When I got home, I looked under the car and noticed the entire undercarriage, engine were crusted in mud, the metal strip on the water sealers on the driver side was corroded and fell apart . Took the car to a local body shop, and was told there was water damage. I contact my sales persons, made them aware of the water damage and provided the pictures 5 days ago to support my claim. I requested the sales manager to contact me to resolve this matter. To this date, the sales manager has not even reached out to discuss my claim. Not inspecting the car was my fault. Not having the sales manager contact me after repeated requests and after making a claim is unprofessional and unacceptable.

As a customer I have reached out to you enough times. A mediocre sales manager would have reached out after my initial complaint. Don't ask me to call you, you should have been calling me to make sure this was resolved before I posted my original review.

Kinda disappointed
We bought our car from here brand new. Usely when we took it in for a service when we went to pick it up. They usually would bring it from the yard to us. And it always was washed off. This time I had to go search the lot for my car then it was not even washed off.

Great experience
This is how it went down. Another dealership gave Charlie Johnston our information because they did not have what we were looking for. Charlie gave my wife a call while I was out playing golf to tell her that he had a truck in my price range before I finished they had already processed all the paperwork and Charlie was ready for me to come look at the truck but I was still on the golf course an hour away. The next day we arrived it was pouring down rain Charlie Johnston was waiting with an umbrella we went in and met the staff everyone was very friendly and from there on out everything went like clockwork exactly how Charlie said it would go we we're done with all the signing and ready to go within an hour we are very pleased with this dealership and I highly recommend Charlie Johnston

These guys run a great dealership over here, David Masson was extremely helpful in the purchase of my new car. He was there to let me pick what I wanted to see, not to force something into my hands I was not interested in. 100% customer service from everyone involved and will definitely go here to purchase another vehicle.

Impressed
I thought truck shopping for my husband was going to be a stressful experience until we met Leon. My husband had already been to several dealerships trying to find what he was looking for and wasn't satisfied so a friend referred us to your dealership. As we walked around the lot trying to locate a specific truck we had found on the website, a few car salesman walked by us but no one offered any assistance. We walked inside the building to find someone willing to help us and was greeted by Leon. He was helping another customer but never ceased to recognize us and offer his help. After he finished with his current customer, he greeted us again and introduced himself. We began to talk about the truck we were looking for and what we needed. I have never experienced such a genuine person in this type of career. He says what he means and means what he says. He's straight to the point but never in an arrogant manner. We got exactly what we needed with his help and knowledge. We have referred several of our friends to him for his help in purchasing their trucks. Thank you Mr. Leon!

Best new vehicle experience I have ever had.
I am from Connecticut. And a friend told me about 31 Dodge. I was a little skeptical but gave it a look. Much to my surprise I was very pleased with the initial contact. I was able to work with Angela Adcock. She was very knowledgeable about the truck I was interested in and returned calls and emails promptly. She never once hounded me or pressured me. She made sure I was able to get all the possible rebates available. The pricing on the truck was amazing compared to local dealers who quite honestly did not seem to want my business. Angela arranged my pick up from the airport and set up my refund for my flight. Yes they paid for my flight and picked me up. True southern hospitality !!!! Upon arrival to dealership Angela arranged Mary Badgette to meet me because she was do in later. And Just like Angela everything was taken care of and prepared. She showed me my truck and let me take my time to soak it all in. The truck was ready to roll and full tank of gas. The paperwork took all of 20 minutes and no pressure to add anything to truck but my options were made clear as to what was available. I was able to spend a little time looking at all the Hellcats and new dodges. This was truly an awesome experience and I have already sent a couple of friends there way. I cannot Thank Angela And Mary enough for a truly great buying experience.
