Greeted as soon as I got there, taken to my service advisors office. The task of doing the paperwork is the easiest I have ever experienced! That was taken care of in minutes and I was shown to the waiting room and offered refreshments.

Sheila was very professional and helpful With everything. She called me later in the day as well to give me a update which was very much appreciated.

I have gone to this service center on and off for about 2 years. There customer service is not like other luxury dealerships that I have been too. In general, they are not very welcoming or inviting. Some of them act as if they don't want to be there. I've been there at times and not even my service person for the first hour or so. The waiting area is nice, my service person {Sheila) is very helpful but the overall service dept staff need an attitude make over.

Excellent technicians and quality service. Addressed all my requests, my vehicle needed a functional drivers seat belk buckle and since this was a safety issue I was scheduled immediately:) My only critique is I wish they had enough time to interiorly detail your vehicle other than vacuum.

Excellent customer service. I highly recommend. They made sure we had a shuttle very quickly to take us places while we waited on my car to be finished.

Everyone was helpful and knowledgable through out my experience. Heath was a hard worker and definitely earned my business and went as far as to have a car brought in for me to see. He communicated with me constantly until I was able to come in to purchase.
