Excellent service

Great service provided my my service team! I received a warm welcome then escorted to my service provider. The process was long (Arrival time 10:15 and departure time after 3:00 pm)! Excellence takes time. No snacks available but coffee, water, and soda plentiful! I asked and was taken to my medical appointment (Jeffrey always provide excellent customer service! Overall, great service!

Bought Used Jeep Wrangler

They were very professional and made the process so easy. Phil was so easy to. deal and worked quick to get my deal done. I would definitely by a vehicle from this dealership. Great all around experience!

Oil change and fog light replacement

The service was great. The driver that picked up my car and brought me a loaner was great. I have purchased 2 vehicles from bmw of Macon and the experience was great both times.

Understanding of function of park warning signal.

Service was excellent. We resolved the issue. Service advisor was very courteous. She sought the advice of a service technician as well. Would recommend to others.

Service Repair

Poor service I had to take back the loaner car. The service repair person that brought the car was 4 hours late. Car took 3 days for a oil change.

Back Office Nightmare

Bought a used CPO BMW advertised on Autotrader. Sales Rep,Mercedes Shannon, did an excellent job. Problems began when picking up car and Michael Perez, F & I guy, became involved. He insisted that title had to be sent - first to Georgia MVD, and then South Carolina DMV.(South Carolina resident) Stopped at the local DMV on the way home - without the title - they said NO WAy that will work. Called Perez and explained it had to come direct to me for my submission to local county treasurer office prior to DMV visit - he said OK Waited 10 days - NO TITLE. Called Mercedes she said title clerk was holding title for 10 days to ensure check was good - admitted that since it was a bank - certified - check that was unnecessar\ Finally received Fedex 12 days after purchase. Have bought two used cars in Georgia as a South Carolina resident and received the title with the car - would not buy from this dealership again due to their handling of the paperwork
