Initially we spoke with Carlos Herrera and when I returned he was not available so he recommended we work with his partner Jason Pouncil. Jason was professional, did not pressure us on anything and worked with us to get the deal we wanted. Lito Bautista.was also very professional and did not pressure us for unwanted additions. So happy with our 2026 Honda CRV Touring and Norm Reeves Honda in HB!

This dealership was easy to get in and out with helpful and friendly employees. Every single employee that walked by said hello and they were all friendly and helpful. By contrast I had to go to the Kia dealer the following day for our other car and they had me sitting and waiting. Their parking was cramped and it was a whole different feel. After that my husband said we will only buy Hondas from now on. We had a great experience with Honda and my car is great! Thank you.

Clayton called to let me know the part was finally received and he scheduled me in. Benito took care of me on the day of service as Clayton was off. Clayton has always been great and Benito was also. He explained everything and let me know when it was ready. Benito was very friendly and professional. I also want to acknowledge the gentleman that I first encountered when I drove in (didn't get his name as he was very busy). He was very friendly and engaging at such an early time (7am on a Saturday). Norm Reeves Honda HB has always exceeded expectations and has excellent top notch people working for it.
