Honestly , just wasn’t feeling his vibe.

Honestly , just wasn’t feeling his vibe. Made the experience very low vibrational. Wasn’t a big help with making the famous Norm Reeves a 3rd place as people would say. I usually deal with service there but I left and went to Carson Honda which was much more open and friendlier as well as much quicker with the service

I have never responded to one of these reviews before but

I have never responded to one of these reviews before but I was really disappointed to have a 12:30 appointment and not have my car ready until closing time. It took me 15 minutes to get to the dealer from the time I received the call that my car was ready and the service department was about to close. I certainly didn’t expect an oil change and a check for a coolent leak to take 5 hours.

My car bottom cover was not secured properly and fell off

My car bottom cover was not secured properly and fell off after I left the service center. They weren’t able to fix it until the next day as well. I was stuck on the freeway with my cover dragging and it could’ve flew off due to the incapable service worker that didn’t secure it properly.

I have been servicing my cars there since 1994 and I

I have been servicing my cars there since 1994 and I still go there. During those 30 years, they never ever tried to over charge or make me do repairs that are not requires. Never seen so much honesty with car repair and maintenance. Benito is a wonderful person, very experienced, and always ready to help. He is one of the main reasons I still go there.
