Hello, I am a bit upset with the way Honda has treated me, because during my last inspection, one of the attendants who checked my car found that both rear tires had punctures and that they should be replaced under Tire Insurance. I purchased this tire insurance when I bought the car new. When I bought the new car, Honda insisted that I get the insurance. Now, Honda itself cannot assist me. Can you check what I should do?

Huntington Beach Honda dealership everyone is so friendly so nice so professional and very helpful which is perfect for everyone even someone who has disabilities like me! I’ve had bad experience with dealerships, but Honda has made it a great experience and comfortable, and feel that I can trust them with my car! Benito tried to upsell 4 maintenance services after 30k
Benito tried to upsell 4 maintenance services after 30k miles. I didn't know their maintenance intervals and Okayed 2. When I got home, I looked up the intervals and got upset.

I've been coming to Norm Reeves Huntington since I
I've been coming to Norm Reeves Huntington since I purchased my vehicle from them. I have a closer option as I live in Irvine but the one time I went to that location was a disaster. So I've returned to where I purchased my vehicle and have had exceptional service almost every time. My previous service was horrible and not what I came to expect so the Service Manager asked me to give them another shot and Ivette exceeded my expectations with her attentiveness. I understand the Service Writer can't control the time it takes to have service done but they can keep the lines of communication open which is what Ivette did. A full 5 star level of service!
