I am highly disappointed in the service I received during...
I am highly disappointed in the service I received during my entire servicing experience. My vehicle was at the Edmond Hyundai service shop for roughly a week and a half before work was started on my vehicle. I called the shop Friday, a few days after my vehicle was dropped off, for an update. I was told parts were ordered and would be in Monday. I did not receive a call about my vehicle. I called Thursday morning for an service update and I was told someone would return my call. I waited until Monday of the next week to hear back. No call, so I called Monday morning. The customer service lady was pleasant and said she’ll put in a request to have someone call me back the same day. The request was not fulfilled. The next day I made a visit to Hyundai’s shop for an update on my vehicle. The parts were ordered and in, but sadly my vehicle was forgotten about. No one knew who was suppose to be doing the repairs. Might be why I never received a call back. Tanner was second to non in his wonderful service, but the negative experience over powered his charming assistance. Amazingly, my vehicle was finished the next day after my surprise visit. I assume the shop was backed up on services. I tried to be understanding, but when I received my vehicle. The service people didn’t pull my vehicle around to me, I was given the keys and pointed in the direction of where my car was. My vehicle was covered in a thick dust, bird droppings, and oil hand prints from the mechanic on the inside of the driver’s door. Later, I discovered the cover to my battery wasn’t put back on just it laying in the trunk. I hope others receive better service.

Great service. However my computer was not reset to...
Great service. However my computer was not reset to indicate when service is required. I called and left voicemail yesterday and no one called. This constitutes a negative on your service. Prior to service this was related to the service department. I can understand not resetting the computer but not returning my call is unacceptable.

Poor customer service. I wasn't able to schedule an...
Poor customer service. I wasn't able to schedule an appointment because they were booked up. I was told to simply drop off my vehicle and they would work it in when they could, which they did. Out the gate, before even inspecting my car, I was told I would need to pay for an engine flush that would cost me around $500, which may or may not fix my problem. It was also very difficult to get in touch with my service technician. I was transferred several times to 'his voicemail' and left messages, but never received a return call. Apparently, it was an previous tech's voicemail and it hadn't been set up for him yet.
