Based on my past experiences, a new car dealership is the last place I’d want to be on an any day. I walked into Flood Ford to inquire about a used Lightening, met Steve, and I left with a brand new truck due to the great rebates and incredible dealer pricing and incentives on the truck. Steve was so easy to work with— no pressure, no pushing anything I didn’t want, he listened to what my needs were, and he followed up with me throughout my search. I’d highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new ride. John in finance also gets two thumbs up! Great job by both of them!

The dealership was a great experience overall, Michelle in internet sales was the best, transferred me to Joe In sales department. Had a 9:00 am appointment to trade in my f250 and look @ a used f150 on the lot. After the regular back and forth with #’s we were able to make a decent deal. Drove out of the dealership @ 12:30 with a new to me used 2023 f150 .😎
