Steve Ethier in the staff at Flood Ford were absolutely tremendous in selling me a slightly used BMW just the other day. My experience was stress-free, professional and the car is awesome. Based on my past experiences, a new car dealership is the last place I’d want to be on an any day. I walked into Flood Ford to inquire about a used Lightening, met Steve, and I left with a brand new truck due to the great rebates and incredible dealer pricing and incentives on the truck. Steve was so easy to work with— no pressure, no pushing anything I didn’t want, he listened to what my needs were, and he followed up with me throughout my search. I’d highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new ride. John in finance also gets two thumbs up! Great job by both of them!
