- Made an appointment a month in advance for a tire swap, an oil change, and a high pitched noise my truck was making. Also ordered new tires from them.... - When I called, my appointment was made for 2 and I checked with them that I would be done by 4. They assured me this would not be a problem. - When I came in for my appointment, they told me that they had no record of the tires I had ordered and that I would not be done by 4. I explained the conversation I had had when I made my appointment. A few minutes later, they said they had located my new tires and they would try their best to have me done by 4. Side note, I also had four old tires in the back of my truck that I asked them to dispose of. - At 4:00 I asked if my truck was finished. They said it would still be a while. I was disappointed but stuck. - At 4:30 my truck came out with the old tires installed on it. - They also said they could not find the source of the high pitched noise and that everything looked fine. - When I pointed out that they had installed old tires, not the new tires I had ordered they offered to comp my oil change. This was appreciated, but the customer service rep was largely unapologetic for all of the other errors saying, "Looks like today is just not your day" and that I would have to come back in for the tire change. I told them I would not be coming back. - A week later I took my truck to another mechanic to have the high pitched noise looked at. They told me that my wheel was loose and that my wheel bearing needed to be replaced. They also explained that this was a pretty basic diagnosis.
Worst experience ever. Typical sales people. Polite and act like they are nice, but they were only in it for the money. Kept telling us they would update... us and never would call. Played us around constantly. Phillip Heinz has the least professionalism I have ever seen and came down to being physical and would never buy a vehicle or say the least have him watch my rocks in the driveway for me. Then he started throwing people he worked with under the bus just think we were the bad ones. Always bought our vehicles from here, but because of him that will never happen again along with many others that know my story
I trust the people at 802. They did a good job of servicing my previous car. Their near me in Vermont. Naturally I turned to them when it came to replacing... my 2002 4 runner. Shannon, the salesperson could not have been nicer. She knows her cars and sincerely works to know her customers. Because of her I bought a car that was second on my list of preferences. A salesperson that moves a customer to choose well is special.

We have purchased multiple high dollar vehicles here in the past but will no do so in the future. The service after the sale is non-existent. Service... appointments are hard to schedule, even if someone actually answers the phone in the service area. They clearly don't value customer's time. Based on reviews from other sites I find it odd that they have such a high rating on this site. Stay away.
Tony Anjos was so very helpful, and so pleasant to work with to get my Toyota Tacoma in for service. Dan Paquette was very helpful and pleasant to work... with in purchasing good weather tires, finding the best deal quality and cost wise. I had the best experience working with these two gentlemen, and will seek them out with future vehicle needs for my truck. I truly hope they are recognized for their excellent people friendly skills, and are thanked for it. A warm personality makes the big difference in a pleasant experience.
802 has done it again for my family and I. Bought a Tundra 18 months ago and today, a new RAV4. Chris Relations is a good salesman that does what he can... to get you the car you want at a price you can afford. I will return to work with Chris for my future Toyota needs.
February 2, I dropped in with a problem on my windshield washer which was not working. They gave me an appointment two hours later. Found the problem... and fixed it as well as washing my car. The customer service people went above and beyond to help me with the problem which prevented me from driving on the highway . The service there has always been excellent; this time was exceptional - thank you!!

I was in the market for a car but was dreading the process. Phillip Heinz made the whole process very enjoyable! The very first car salesperson that actually... listened to me! He made some great points and I changed the model but not the type of vehicle and I couldn't be happier! I smile every time I get into my RAV4.
Since Vermont has no Lexus dealerships, I was advised to go to 802 Toyota to order a second master key and have it programmed for my Lexus LS 400. Today... was my first experience with this dealership and I'm pleased to report that it was a pleasant one. The service reps were very friendly and accommodating. The work was completed in a timely manner and for the cost quoted. No surprises. Refreshing to have things happen as expected. Thank-you
