Had an annoying "clunk" in the front end of my Jeep Renegade. Uptown was able to immediately and accurately diagnose the issue. Scheduled a repair, and it was handled quickly and efficiently. All levels of service kept me informed and were available. No more "clunk", vehicle is back to where it should be. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We had a few bad experiences with dealerships in the weeks up to choosing Uptown. We were tired of being manipulated and played and dealing with dishonest salesman. That was not our experience at all when interacting with the sales woman, Samantha. She was awesome! She exceeded our expectations with her professionalism, friendliness and "no xx" way of dealing with us. We felt no pressure whatsoever. She knew the price we wanted to pay and she went above and beyond to make us happy. Everyone there was very helpful and down to earth. Not what we are used to from a car dealership! They all took the stress out of buying a car.

I love the no pressure atmosphere. I feel confident that this dealer is honest and trustworthy. I am also confident that I am getting a good deal price wise because I was offered a discount on the retail price without having to ask. I had to wait for my tire to be delivered and installed, and they gave me a ride home and back saving me a lot of time. 5 stars for sure!
