My vehicle was diagnosed promptly and I was presented the cost within 1 hour of dropping off. Repair was made and I picked up same day, service writer John was very professional as was the mechanic who did repair.

This is my goto place for maintenance & tires plus all repaires. This is the best service department for Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles in the area. They know what they are doing and are friendly and personal.

Wanted to give a shout out to out to Uptown Chrysler in Slinger! Not the first vehicle I’ve ever purchased, but definitely the best experience my husband and I ever had! Matt and Jeremy are amazing, the process itself was surprisingly fast, no pressure whatsoever and we will be repeat customers for as long as we live here!

They are always very nice and communicate very well I needed a few minor things taken care of along with a visual display update They said the update would be prettt quick but I was there for 2.5 hours I realize things happen and sometimes computers don’t cooperate but it would have been nice to have been given a better estimate on repair time so I could have planned accordingly

Although it took several visits to finally correct the issues on the '98 Chrysler Sebring convertible ( mostly due to defective after market parts) I am happy with the treatment I received and the fact that they stood behind their work. I realize this is a 26 year old vehicle but they were going to take care of me.
