Would leave negative stars if I could. Sold us a truck that has had issues every 1000 miles or so. Totally incompetent mechanics! Could never resolve the issue. Sales manager got defensive and told us just keep bringing it back.Such an inconvenience and they don’t care. I will make sure that everyone I know never buys anything from Uptown in Sliger.

Brian, I apologize for the situation and the way you feel about the truck. We have done everything we could to make the truck right with the warranty you purchased for the vehicle. We do recognize that the truck has been in the shop 4 times over the past 8 months and 15,000 miles. We have taken care of uncovered maintenance items like fuel filters to reduce the inconvenience and cost out of your pocket. We also replaced the fuel rail for the truck at no cost when it was not covered by your warranty. You guys have a warranty with no deductible when you come to our location for service. You have taken the truck to other shops to find a resolution, and no progress was made. Additionally, we offered to trade you out of the truck during one of your visits to the dealership.
First off you tried to charge us for what you called maintenance items which clearly were not. The truck was in for service more than 4 times. It was obvious that codes were just cleared because the check engine light came back on after 150 miles or so. The trade in offer was so ridiculously low that we went somewhere else. Manager never did get back to us about trading it in after messages were left. You guys are con artists and your service is xxxx. I will make sure everyone I know never steps foot in an Uptown dealership!

Wanted to give a shout out to out to Uptown Chrysler in Slinger! Not the first vehicle I’ve ever purchased, but definitely the best experience my husband and I ever had! Matt and Jeremy are amazing, the process itself was surprisingly fast, no pressure whatsoever and we will be repeat customers for as long as we live here!
