My experience with Precision Honda was an exceptional

My experience with Precision Honda was an exceptional experience to say the least. All of the service advisors were very friendly and helpful, and with it being my first time at the newly remodeled dealership I was stunned at how nice the lounge was. Overall service was very quick and efficient. Definitely recommend coming here.

Good sales, but disappointed I had to return car to get it fixed, but I liked that they loaned me a car, but then they forgot to tell me my car was ready until I textef Juan who checked for me.

I felt that the place is very beautiful but it lack an inviteing warmth your people looked unhappy.....only the little receptionist was friendly who was cleaning the coffee machine was nice beautiful place but very unhappy workers

Robert and Michael were excellent customer service.

Robert and Michael were excellent customer service. From a 1 to 10 they get a 10!!! I would refer family and friends they did everything they said they were going to do, I walked out with a 2026 new Honda CRV.. thank you for your excellent service!!!

First time I left feeling like I wasn't valued as a

First time I left feeling like I wasn't valued as a customer. It seemed like because I was only getting an oil change and not looking to get any of up sell services, I wasn't worth the time to provide progress updates or explanation of the inspection results. When I returned to ask about the red items on the inspection, I was told it's based on mileage. So I guess they don't really inspect the serpentine belt, because it was changed 20,000 miles earlier. Perhaps the service rep was having a bad day as I had seen him previously, but at that time I dropped a few hundred dollars on a fuel system cleaning during a recall, and didn't have the same problem. Additionally, I arrived with an appointment at 6:30am for an oil change and was given an estimated completion time of 8am, I used the Link that was texted to me to check status at 8:15 and the chat feature to ask for progress and did not receive any reply. I walked over at 8:40 and asked for status and was informed it was ready....how long it had been ready....who knows. Finally, I was given a small post it note with a number and pointed in the direction of the valet. There was no one at valet, but that's ok because my keys were in the car and I was able to take my car with with nobody being the wiser. Good thing it wasn't stolen before I got there.
