Ron Chwalek and Tech Stu were very helpful

Fast and Efficient Service

I came in on 2/23 to replace my headlight bulb and Ron Chwalek greeted me with a smile upon arrival. After discussing my issue he promply called over Tony Aravjio to install the bulb which took less than 5 minutes. Overall very happy with the whole ordeal and will come back

Ron Chwalek was straight to the point and very friendly for connected my iPhone to my Bluetooth system. Ron saved me lots of time without checking in at the service desk. Ron took care of the connection in the garage promptly. It is greatly appreciated.

Ron is our valued Product Concierge, he knows your Mercedes Benz inside and out we are delighted he expedited your visit!

Customer experience processes need improvememt

I think it's best to outline my personal experience with this service dept. rather than tell a long story. Service Greeter-This person does a good job of greeting customers in the service drive and welcoming you to the dealership. Client Advisos-Generally they do not acknowledge customers arriving for service and you can stand there for 5+ minutes waiting. As well, after the R.O. is prepared and they know you are a "waiter", there is no attempt to keep you informed about status of your car. Waited 3 hours in the lounge without contact, then told parts would need to be ordered. Loaner Cars-On 2 separate occasions a loaner recommended by the client advisor was not available the day of the service appointment. On the first occasion I was contacted before I left the house, on the second service appointment I was not informed prior to arrival at the service dept. The overall quality of the work performed was excellent. However, as a service provider representing a premium brand, they should do better

Quick light replacement

Called about a headlight out, said to come right in. Ron Chwalek and Tony Araujo were super nice and fast!!! Have been coming here for years. They are always great.
