Emergency service - brake light out

My brake light went out while I was in the Hartford area. I called the service dept and they said pull right in the manager Ron will help you. I did . Ron fixed bulb at no charge and even replaced my low key battery because the light was on. Very impressed with the service I experienced. I know where I?m buying my next Mercedes even though it?s a little further for me to go. Joel L.

Only place I would go for service

I have a 2016 Mercedes Sprinter and my indicator light was on. I knew this could be problematic, so I went right to the dealer. Ron Chwalek was the Manager on site at the Service Dept. Despite being extremely busy, he was able to fit us in so my issue could be addressed. Our SA, Sammy Cruz, was so helpful and gave us great advice. Our tech, Andy, took the time out to fix our problem and we were so grateful we chose this dealer. Not only did they go out of their way to help us, we were able to drive our vehicle home. If you are looking for someone who will take care of you and your vehicle, this is your place. After all, do you trust your car/van to just anyone?

when i go to new country motors i try to find RON CHAWLEK he seems to know my car inside and out. he is courtesy to the max and helpful polite, ect ect

Bought Car # Three! Love Everyone Here!!!

I went in expecting to receive above average service, but what I received was unmatched, first rate customer service. The level of customer service far exceeded my expectations. Brenda, my service advisor, in coordination with Marella, went over and beyond, to ensure my new car was in the condition it should be in. Overall, from start to finish, I don't think the New Country of Hartford Mercedes team could've possibly done anything more to accommodate me, and make me feel welcomed. I said it before, and I?ll say it again, I will be back to purchase from them again; I?m on car # three with them!

Fixing a glitch in my Apple car play

I bought a new GLC 300 and had a problem with the Apple CAr Play. Brought it right down and Ron Chwalek and Madeline took the time to make sure everything was working when I left. A very positive experience. And a shout out to Justin Towle (my salesman) who came to make sure that I was satisfied.

Tires needed air

Just popped in to check my tires. Needed air. Excellent service by Ron Chwalek.. He even filled my windshield fluid. I am a new Mercedes owner and very impressed.

Excellent Service!!

I went to the dealership for new windshield wipers. Not only was I pleasantly greeted by Ron Chwalek, but he installed my new wipers immediately and topped off my windshield wiper fluid so that I could be on my way. As a new member of the Mercedes family, I'm very pleased.
