20 years of extreme satisfaction

For 20 years my family and I have been dealing with Dorian Ford, and their excellent salesperson, Richard Mina. We have been extremely pleased with all of the Ford Products we have purchased, or leased, and we have greatly appreciated the excellent guidance, and help we've received during the sales process, and the support we have received from the service department. Without a doubt, if you don't include a visit to Dorian Ford, and a sit down with their excellent sales advisers, especially Richard Mina, you will never be sure you got the best deal available..

oil change

we were told that after 3 oil changes the 4th would be free of charge,went for oil change on 7 19 and surprise, surprise that promotion expired. We have purchased 2 new vehicles and 1 used from this dealer but will be going elsewhere for our next vehicle.

Customer Service

Calvin N. was very personable and authentic. We told him what we wanted...he showed us a few options, and advised us of the best of all options which gave us the most bang for our buck. He took care of business with efficiency and his approach was effective.

very poor service, they do not stand behind cars

charged us $700 to repair a manufacturing defect and then didn't fix the problem the problem still exists because we drive low mileage, the 36 month warranty expired before the defect was exposed

Great Experience

I bought my 2016 explore into the body shop on 1/28/19 for body damage and the manager Mark Chicovsky went above and beyond for me and I just wanted to thank him for going the extra mile.

Fast, easy, friendly

I called the dealership, asked to speak with someone about a possible new lease. I spoke to Mark Fortuna told him what I was looking for and what I wanted the payments to be. We couldn't come up with a number I wanted. I asked if they had a demo for lease. He said he would check. Mark called back in about 3 minutes, said they had one, it was exactly what I was looking for. I was shocked when he told me the monthly payment, I immediately told him to hold it and I would come in. When I got there I was expecting the payment to be higher, thinking he just wanted to get me to come in like the 5 other dealers I went to beforehand. Not the case. What he told me is what I'm paying. Best experience in a dealership ever. Mark was straight forward and to the point. Would highly reccomend.

Colette made our buying experience super easy. We went in, she was eager to help us. An hour and a half later we left with a 2019 F250 Super Duty. The whole experience was awesome. Colette made sure we knew what was going on throughout the whole process. The finance department worked quickly and was very transparent in giving us all the information.
