The service department is the most unprofessional,

The service department is the most unprofessional, unhelpful, and frustrating one I've ever dealt with ever! They make you feel like you're a burden to them, they do not want and care about your business, and would prefer you just leave them alone. I called today for service and the person I spoke to made it very clear that he wasn't interested in my business. The past few times I've taken my truck in for service I've been disappointed in the attitude given off by the employees and today was the last straw! I will gladly pay extra to take my truck to a different service center where I feel like my business is valued and appreciated.
