The service center was rude and told us that they had no

The service center was rude and told us that they had no service technician. We took our truck to a Ford dealership over in Dawsonville Georgia. We are very unhappy with service department.

Service did not fix the problem.

Service did not fix the problem. They simply pulled the broken piece out and said it was fixed. Also, when I asked about a fee on my bill, 2 people told me it was for a service I didn’t even get! Finally a third advisor explained what the fee was for. Now I am waiting for a part to be ordered to try to fix the original problem again.
