I was in the market to buy a new car last November and ran into the best salesman at Greene Ford, Mr. Jay Kimmel. Jay was kind, considerate, never pu
shy and ALWAYS dependable. If he told me he would get back with me on something, he ALWAYS did and ALWAYS in a timely manner. I always felt like he wanted me to be sure of exactly what I wanted and wasn't just trying to make a sale. After I purchased my new vehicle, Jay told me that we had a relationship for the entire time I owned this vehicle. He said he would always be there for me. I didn't think much of that statement until this weekend when I called on him. I was having some trouble with my car and being a single woman, I needed help and advice. The Service Dept. was closed because it was Saturday, so I took a chance and called on Jay. In his call reassuring voice, he made me calmer. I ended up calling him multiple times and the last time I was very unsure about trying to drive on in to the dealership. Jay asked where I was and said he would be right there. He came to my "rescue" immediately. After getting the car to the dealership, he arranged for me to have a loaner so I wouldn't be stranded all weekend. He told me to call him on Monday and we would see what Service found out. Through all of this on Saturday, Jay probably should have been trying to sell more cars, but he made me feel like I was the most important person to him at the moment. He never made me feel like I was a burden or anything like that. He went way above and beyond his job to help me in a difficult situation. I consider Jay Kimmel more of a friend than I do a car salesman. One other thing, I had my little nephew with me on Saturday and Jay was so kind to him, too. My little nephew was asking a million questions and Jay was so patient with him. If anyone out there is looking for a kind, honest and dependable car salesman, you need to head to Greene Ford and ask for Jay Kimmel. He's the best!!

Won't go anywhere else for sales,services...the staff is pleasant,courteous, and make a honest effort to fullifill your needs...grover, sales person, goes the extra mile to make your experience with this dealship, a relationship that will extend besides buying, he has the customer feel important and special..the service dept,which I just had the opportunity to see the design updates, are always " customer care a+..they tell the truth on what is needed to maintain your vehicle, no hidden, or padded costs..they say what they know and forward it to us, the customer...in closing, if you are in the market to purchase, or service your vehicle,have a peace of mine experience with this dealership...thanks..
