Had the 60000 mile service completed. The service list is extra long every 30000 miles. It is good to know that the car has been throughly checked over and properly maintained. Michael very efficiently works with the customer when the car is brought in and when it is picked up.

My wife's 2009 RX350 was brought in for routine maintenance. Turns out it needed much more. Shiloh, our service advisor was gracious and made sure everything was explained clearly and that we had a beautiful loaner until the work was complete. Her professional, friendly and understanding manner made the expense much less painful.
