Four new tires

Needed 4 new tires and alignment. Never even considered Costco or Fisher Tires. Have always had a good experience. Their prices are fair and service excellent. Pray for Robert Smith - a good man who sold us two vehicles.

Service

We purchased our Lexus here 10 years ago. Our service has been done here when needed for oil change, tires, any issues since then. My last visit the service department found a problem we had not even realized. Shiloh is great customer service. I have met with her the last few visits and she is very knowledgeable and pleasant. Service department excellent. The customer waiting area is fantastic. Wifi,large tv, snacks and the entire staff is extremely nice and acknowledges every customer.

Great experience

Everyone we met was very knowledgeable and responsive. We knew what type of vehicle we wanted and the sales people did not try to steer us in a different or more expensive direction.

Easy on-line service scheduling

Friendly reception and follow-up on my service requests by my service contact Harry. Because service took longer than estimated, tire rotation was a gratuity. All in all, a happy camper experience.

I came into dealership for 5,000 mile check

Excellent service, polite, efficient.. And caring!! Lexus of Knoxville is exceptional in their attention to owners! Their work is thorough, and of course, I love and appreciate the car wash!!

Air Bag Recall

Appointment was scheduled promptly.Service adviser was pleasant and professional.Dealership provided a loaner car.Service was completed quicker than promised.A courtesy car wash was provided.

Lexus encore issue

we purchases a 2016 RX350 last year. It came with a year of Encore service. My wife received a bill to renew and she sent a check which was cashed and reflected in our checking account, we received a notice that the Encore service was cancelled. A conversation with Enform revealed they do not take checks anymore but somehow ours was cashed then our service was cancelled. Now they say they will refund the money and we need to give them a credit card number " for their file". I doubt this will happen but certainly will not before I receive my money back. I would expect this type of u professionalism from a used car dealer but not from Lexus. Very disappointed . Neil ritter

Purchase experience

Salesman was outstanding. We have been very comfortable dealing with Howard White and have purchased numerous cars from him at Lexus of Knoxville. We returned to this dealership because of the customer service from both the sales, finance manager, and the service representative we normally deal with for our Lexus vehicles.

Excellent

My salesman was Logan and he was truly exceptional. He understood my wants and worked quickly to find what I wanted and helped me through the process. He got everything I wanted, explained everything in detail once my vehicle arrived along with the finance guy. It was a wonderful experience and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Great experience!

I made an appointment to have an oil change and tire rotation on my 2016 GX460. Everyone was super nice and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the service person had scheduled a loaner car for me. Exceptional customer service from everyone. The service was much better than Lexus of Cool Springs.
