Manager and customer service was excellent.

Manager and customer service was excellent. I was introduced to an excellent service manager who took his time to come from the maintenance department to see me in the customer service experience area. A thorough introduction to my vehicle after the purchase was made with a friendly reminder to come back anytime if there was something I had questions about.

Top notch service from the time I walked in to the time I

Top notch service from the time I walked in to the time I left. Sonnie is a keeper and I hope to see him the next time I visit. Last but not least the finance manager made signing fun!!!! Very personable and professional. I will be back for service and future purchases.

Was helped by Jimin Park and he was great. He has completely changed the way I view car dealerships. The entire team over there makes you feel welcomed and goes above and beyond to take care of you. If you want a great car buying experience, there is no better place than here.

Making a big purchase such as a car can be a bit

Making a big purchase such as a car can be a bit stressful and vulnerable having to talk through financial, credit etc. From the first phone call, Ken Z made me feel comfortable and excited about the possibilities of a new car. He never pressured me to hurry in or filled my phone with calls and texts. Lexus Nalley Roswell, because of Sales Manager Ken Z made car buying an incredible experience! Ken was genuinely kind, informative, and honest. He took time to get to know me and made sure I felt valued versus valuing my money and rushing me through a sale. Ken changed my perception on car sales managers and the car buying experience. In fact he made it a memorable experience versus the hassle we often perceive it to be. It did take a while, as it often does but it was fun, everyone was friendly, and the space itself was comfortable?. except the chairs in Mohammed?s office, maybe that?s the one thing they could upgrade, after all you are sitting there a bit going through the paperwork. Thank you Ken Z & Mohammed, you are both stars at Nalley Lexus Roswell and I look forward to saying hello at my first routine maintenance!

The administrative side is cumbersome, many unexpected

The administrative side is cumbersome, many unexpected requirements that are not common or typical for car purchases at other places. This causes a lot of delays and stress for the buyer. The dealers specific needs to complete a purchase should made know upfront

Armand was excellent—professional, helpful, and courteous

Armand was excellent—professional, helpful, and courteous throughout. It was a pleasure working with him. Unfortunately, my experience with Mr. Tahir was disappointing. His tone came across as unprofessional and condescending, making the interaction feel more like a power play than a customer service exchange. His frustration over my decision not to purchase insurance created unnecessary tension. Mr. Tahir could benefit not only from training in sales but also in professional communication and customer relations. A more respectful and client-centered approach would greatly improve the overall experience.
