I had a wonderful experience with Chris Harris. Simple, Easy, and Kwik. I knew what car I wanted to buy, saw it online and went there to take a look. A pre-owned one I was very familiar with and wanted to check it out. I had done my research and I wanted to see it and drive it.. Chris made it easy.. Had my ducks in a row.. Drove it, and Bought it.. right there..DONE DEAL..

With her extensive knowledge of cars, she helped us find the car with the trim level we were looking for, a perfect match. From test driving to getting out the door price, she made it a seamless experience without the hassle. She was very professional and principled, allowing us to connect and feel comfortable about the process. At the time of purchase, I had low blood sugar from skipping a meal since I was excited about a new car. She was concerned and offered a variety of healthier snacks from her personal stash which made me feel valued. We are new to the Lexus family and look forward to experiencing continued great customer service. We highly recommended Kathy Maki to our friends and family.
