A very positive experience. Chris Harris took our wish list for a certified preowned RX350, sent us options that suited our wants and ultimately found us the perfect car that met all our desires. All without feeling like we were being pressured. We moved through the purchase, payment and training on how to operate our new vehicle seamlessly. Plus, even after we brought our car home, Chris has been available to answer questions and make sure we are well settled and happy. Friendly, responsive, and efficient.
