Before reaching out to Northside Lexus we visited or sought quotes from the 3 other Lexus dealerships in the Houston area. They proved unhelpful or unprofessional as it related to finding the RX 350 we wanted, pricing, and suggesting we were lying about a competitive price we received on an extended factory warranty. Erica Burciu was simply outstanding. She listened, was very responsive to questions, communicated throughout the building process, and had everything ready for the day of delivery. We would not hesitate to recommend Erica to anyone looking for or even thinking about a Lexus.
