I had a very disappointing experience with Nick, the sales manager at Northside Lexus. After spending a significant amount of time working with the sales associate and negotiating in good faith, Nick refused to honor the deal that had already been discussed. Throughout the process, he was not present and only appeared at the very end. It was clear he was already aware of the details, yet he chose to act as if he had no knowledge and asked us to repeat everything again. What was most frustrating was the lack of transparency and professionalism. When we presented our offer, there was no explanation, no meaningful discussion, and no effort to work toward a mutually agreeable outcome — just a flat “this is our offer.” Even more concerning, his final numbers were worse than what his own sales associate had previously presented. It gave the impression that he was not interested in supporting his team, closing the deal, or earning our business. Negotiation is a process, and at no point did he engage in it constructively. Overall, a very poor customer experience and not what I would expect from a dealership of this reputation.

We had a good experience purchasing our new Lexus GX 550 from Joshua Keough at Northside Lexus. Joshua was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Enough, but not too much, of a salesman. Although we had to wait 8 months on our order, the actual purchase visit was smooth, quick, and as enjoyable as buying a car can be. Unless something changes, we will definitely buy from Joshua and Northside Lexus again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Everyone at the dealership works to insure the customer is happy and made to feel special. It is always spotless and the waiting area is well stocked. Customers feel appreciated. This is the 5th RX I have purchased from this dealer.
