I am very loyal to car brands. I was loyal to my previous brand for 40 years, but my son started buying Lexus SUVs. I enjoyed riding in his cars and his great comments about LEXUS. Yesterday, I bought my first Lexus, an RX 350, from Lisa Scogin at Northside Lexus. This was the best experience buying a car we have ever had. Lisa was very pleasant, kind, and professional. This was the first time we did not haggle over the trade-in or new car price. This was the most pleasant, seamless, and stress-free process to buy a new car I have ever had.
