isgusted with utter unprofessional management that is tardy and arrogant on every count. The sales rep Randy even shouted at me once the new Lexus GX Luxury was sold to me. The car was unclean when delivered. The balance payable of $13000 for trade is awaited about 4 weeks now after purchase. The sales team is quite racist. They should rename the dealership as “Only For Whites Lexus” and put a huge billboard outside their entrance that “Browns and blacks are excused!” Finance person was really good hence that one star for him.
