Sales experience was good. Car explanation was very good with Herb. One thing I question about dealership is about window tinting. Got the following sentence in email from Joshua just prior to us getting car: "Also, are you wanting your windows tinted? $495 installed." I rejected offer. The window tint is just fine. Was the dealership trying to hustle another $495 out of me?
