Jesse was very helpful from the first moment he introduced himself. He was informative and understood I wanted to discuss trim level differences to make sure I was able to test drive the model that best suited myself and my child. Despite having no kids of his own, he involved mine in asking questions (and answering hers). He was kind to her and was very professional through our whole experience. I had not intended on making a purchase at the first dealership in Houston that I stopped at. I had planned to view inventory at all before making my selection (if it were Lexus). I had looked at many makes and models and was not set on Lexus. He was very informative and I liked that he was not pushy, didn’t negatively speak on other makes or dealers. He genuinely wanted to sell me what I wanted. For those reasons I “impulsively” bought on the spot. Since my sale he has continued to answer questions, locate things in my trade AND get it shipped to me. If Jesse sees this I hope he is aware what happy customers we are!
