We are always hesitant about going to an auto dealership.
We are always hesitant about going to an auto dealership. What’s it going to be like; hard sell, pushy, uninformed salesperson, rip-off finance person? Well, none of that exists at Northside Lexus 😊 Jared Postma was our salesperson and he did an awesome job. He listened to what we wanted and delivered what we needed. He helped us set-up our new RX350H when it arrived. He followed up with us to ensure everything was good with our new car. Marcus Atkins did our financing and he was excellent. He explained all the options, the Pros & Cons of each. We decided s lease was the better way to go. Everyone was professional, courteous, well informed and helpful. We highly recommend Northside Lexus.

It was all about Jared States who we had met one day
It was all about Jared States who we had met one day while cruising the sales lot. We became friends. Nearly a year later when we decided to buy we had to start with Jared. Easiest car purchase we have ever made. Great product , great philosophy, great sales representative. Experience was nearly ruined in the finance department over extended warranties philosophy.

Thanks Doug for the attentive response. Regarding Caleb, I wont give you details of the negative transactional experience in the finance department but it could have easily been a deal breaker on the sale of a vehicle. Caleb doesn't recognize his customer, as we are in our mid 70s and not accustom to flashy computer screens built in the desk and certainly weren't able to follow Caleb's lightning speed. I detected his agitation. He was dismissive and not forthright; and my wife says "he was down right rude". When we decided against buying the warranty he was obviously pissed and showed it. Its a good thing that the car sales staff have a better understanding to the value of a customer.
