It was my lucky day to meet Needham Shotwell as he was so nice and not a bit of pressure. He is a classy man and exactly what one wants when purchasing a luxury car. He is a true asset to the dealership. I will highly recommend Needham to any of my friends wanting to buy a Lexus. I will add that everyone at the dealership was extremely professional. I had a great experience and I love my new car!!
