The people make a difference!

I have been doing business with Harper Acura for about 6 years now. I go there not for the looks of he dealership but for the people running it. Richard Tompa in service especially is great!! Feel very comfortable with service under his reign. I will continue to do service with them. In fact will have to keep an Acura in my drive so I can go see Richard and his crew every now and then. Richard and Ray, Hats off to you guys for your exceptional service!!

Efficient, thorough and courteous! Satisfied with service Dept. Hated to see Brad leave Service, he was THE BEST!! Have nothing more to say, I believe that pretty much covers things. Thank you.

Great car buying experience.

I recently purchased a certified MDX from Harper Acura and worked with Billy Morton. He wasn't pushy and generally cared about what I was looking for in a new car. I would recommend both Billy and Harper Acura when looking for your next car.

Our recent experience

We had a wonderful car buying experience at Harper Acura. Billy Morton was very thorough in explaining everything to us. He was very patient as well since it took us a week or two to figure out exactly what we wanted.

Great buying experience

I was very pleased with the buying experience at Harper Acura. Our salesman Billy Morton was excellent. He did a great job explaining all the features and walking us through the buying process. I highly recommend this dealership and salesman.

Very poor sketchy experience

I dealt with Shane while looking to buy a car and I felt very pressured to buy the highest end car I could afford. He wasn't listening to what I wanted and was very disrespectful even though I did a ton of research prior to going there. I highly recommend avoiding him while buying a car.

Positive Experience with Service and Sales

Richard Tompa and his Service/Parts staff have been most patient with my questions and requests during the nine years of our acquaintance. Maintenance service has been careful and thorough. Recently, in handling the sale of another Acura, Mark Cauthen demonstrated the same high level of professionalism. He very patiently explained the vehicle features and capabilities as well as the business aspects of the sale.

World class dealership experience all the way around!

My wife and I just made our second Acura purchase from Harper Acura: a Certified Pre-Owned 2014 MDX with Technology package, and we couldn't be happier. When I buy something - especially something expensive - I spend a lot of time in research: both for "what" I'm going to buy as well as "where" I will buy it. I was already planning on likely buying from Harper again since I'd had a great experience three years previously when I purchased my TL-S there, but out of curiosity, I thought I'd just check the reviews on dealerships across the surrounding region. So I looked at Nashville, Chattanooga, Johnson City, Roanoke, Lexington (Ky), Asheville, Charlotte, Greenville (SC), Atlanta, and several other dealerships in smaller towns in North and South Carolina. What I found confirmed my decision to buy from Harper even more: they set the bar for customer satisfaction in Acura dealership reviews. I then reviewed their current sales staff to see if the person who sold my TL-S was still with them. He wasn't (but he's with a neighboring Harper family dealership), but I found the name of a salesperson (Mark Cauthen) whose name I'd seen listed in numerous favorable reviews and left him a voice message. He got back to me shortly, and we set up a time for my wife and I to come down and see what they had to offer. From the time we arrived until the time he shook our hand and we drove away with our new MDX, the whole experience was pleasant. Mark allowed us to freely test drive three (3) different vehicles without riding along in the car and distracting us with incessant sales chatter. Instead, we felt like family. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles; could answer every question I posed to him; and worked with us to negotiate a very fair price for the MDX. He has followed up with us a couple of times to see if we are satisfied for our purchase, and to ensure all's well, offering to help in any way if anything's amiss. So if/when you find yourself in the market for a vehicle - new or used - and you're considering, or have settled on an Acura, I would highly encourage you to give Harper Acura serious consideration. Take it from me, the reviews of the many other customers, or just research it for yourself - online or in person - and I believe you'll come to the same conclusion I did: these folks run a world class dealership and will treat you right!

New MDX.

Had a great experience with Mark and everyone. Very easy to work with. Mark was knowledgable about the MDX and was very helpful including setting up our MDX with our phones, etc..
