Great Dealership

I AM OUT OF STATE CUSTOMER, My salesman Billy Morton arranged the sale ,all done by text and email, I knew what car I wanted, got the price looking for , drove from Ky., car sitting at door, signed papers, headed back home. SMOOTH, No HASSLE, EASY In, EASY OUT! Easier than going through McDonalds. A GREAT PLACE TO TRADE

New car and very happy :)

Billy was essential in my commitment to choosing a new car. Was open to any questions and went above and beyond any expectations! The staff genuinely did care about the buyer and their experience.

Buying experience

I had a great experience with this dealership and with Billy Morton. Came and looked at a vehicle early in the week and Billy knew all about the vehicle I was interested in. He did not pressure me in any way to drive the car and even gave me some time to look at the car and think about it by myself. It makes the world of a difference when you have someone to genuinely help you and not try to just get a sale. I came back to look at the car a second time and ended up buying the vehicle. The dealership was really well with helping me get the car for what I needed it for. Very easy fun experience and thankful for all the sweet people who helped me make a huge step in my life. I will definitely be back in the future and will recommend anyone to go look around and see what they have to offer. I was at the dealership after hours and they didn't make me feel rushed to get out of the dealership and Billy sat with me for a long period of time and helped me with the basics to the car before I left. I went to many dealers in the area and this was by far the best experience. ASK FOR BILLY, he is great!

Best Vehicle Buying Experience Ever

This was by far the best experience from start to finish that I have ever had trading in my car and purchasing another one. I want to say thank you to Billy Morton my Sales Rep who was very courteous, professional and knowledgable. All of the staff that I dealt with were awesome! I felt like I got the most for my trade-in than other dealerships were offering and the no haggle price (with no doc fees or other hidden fees) on the used vehicle I purchased was very competitive to any others that I looked at in the area. I look forward to buying my next car here at Harper Acura!

Pleasant experience

The quality of service is second to none. I never once felt uncomfortable or felt that I was being pushed into something I didn't want or need just to get the sale. I definitely recommend Harper, and I know where I will be purchasing my next vehicle.

The usual great experience

I always feel like the most important customer they have when I come to Harper Acura, either for a new car purchase or a service visit. Mark always bends over backward to make the experience pleasant and efficient. Other (non-Harper) dealerships in Knoxville don't even come close in making me feel appreciated and valued. I plan to buy all of my future autos at Harper Acura.

A1 Service Yesterday

Harper Acura always honors the appointment times scheduled and completes my regularly scheduled maintenance quickly and efficiently. If additional work is required or suggested, they do a great job explaining what and why it need to be done.

Service After The Sale
