Purchased new Tacoma from Lone Star less than 4 years ago. Dealer added and installed Tonneau cover for a fee - part of agreed upon deal. Also purchased an extended warranty from the dealer at the same time. The cover’s now broken, and I’m told cannot be repaired. Also not covered by the warranty because not Toyota OEP (failure to cover via warranty should have been mentioned at time of purchase). Dealer offered to sell and install a new one for $1,800. Not happy with Lon Star.

They are good about going over costs before the appointment. Sometimes the wait is longer than predicted but overall they do good work.
