I like the Dealership, I bought my last car from this dealership. Today’s visit was to get an oil change, Don Petersen was my service advisor. Great guy he takes very good care of his customers. Not only is he a great guy. He’s very knowledgeable of his job and very considerate as well as profession. While waiting on my vehicle he gives me updates on the service. Once the service was complete, I also got a complementary car wash. I love it, Keep up the great work Don you’re doing an amazing job!

I thought the service and the vehicle were subpar. The salesperson, Nabin Magar, when asked about whether or not the vehicle came with a garage opener, he claimed it did and said all we had to do was program it with our remote. The problem was that particular vehicle didn't come with a garage door opener, which he could have checked online, with a more seasoned associate, or his manager. The remedy to the situation was less than 300.00 and that includes installation. 3 days after I brought the car the left tire blew. When I asked about chevy covering the cost of the tire, Nabin informed me that his manager said chevy WILL NOT cover it and that cost will be on me as the buyer. Now , this is a 2027 equinox with less than 100 mi on it. Which means chevy buys inferior tires. Tires are essential to road safety which is paramount when driving. Substandard salesperson. Low-grade product. Please don't waste your money at chevy

I went to check availability on 2026 Traverse. The dealer did not have the color my wife wanted and they proceeded to look for other dealer stock. Found two but not the color not the 8 passenger. We were going to settle when Robert Williamson suggested that we run the numbers on a stock unit with a few more options on it. The deal was better that the one the would have transferred! Robert did a great job in understanding our need and we came out with a better vehicle and a better price! From top to bottom these folks are trusted professionals, I wouldn’t go any where else! We are completely satisfied!
