MAYBE I would recommend this dealership.

MAYBE I would recommend this dealership. I had done business with them in the past & was VERY satisfied. This time I emailed sales manager with info on what I was looking for & he immediately had Amy contact me. I emailed same info to her, but never heard from her again even though I reached out to her twice, but didn't even receive the dignity of an answer. Very disappointing.

We moved here after being overseas with the military for

We moved here after being overseas with the military for several years & immediately needed to purchase 3 cars for our family. Kris Bowman was so incredibly helpful and found us amazing vehicles with low miles within our budget. He was honest, friendly & provided amazing service. We will absolutely go back to him for all of our future vehicle needs.

Customer service is good, but unfortunately, like many

Customer service is good, but unfortunately, like many dealers, they "push" services that are not necessary. I took our 2023 Lexus NX for 15k miles service and they informed me that the engine air filter needed to be immediately replaced. I checked the filter (I'm a mechanical engineer and experienced DYI car maintenance guy), and the filter was perfectly clean. Normally, engine air filter only needs to be replaced every 30k miles unless you drive in very dusty conditions. Moreover, they charge $84 for the filter replacement. A new filter costs less than $30 at a Lexus or Toyota dealer, and the replacement takes 2 min (they already had to open the filter box to remove and inspect the filter, so there should be no extra charge for labor anyway). This is typical of many dealers and auto repair shops - they take advantage of people who don't know much about cars and "push" unnecessary services that require almost no effort from their side and overcharge for parts, giving the whole industry a bad name.
